I couldn't find SBA tools on Intel's download pages so I couldn't try something similar to what's in your script.
But maybe you'd know how to deal with that?
After disabling AMT, should Intel's Discovery tool stop saying 'Vulnerable'? It certainly still says it for me.

DeleteIn regards to specific SBA tools: unfortunately I can't seem to find too much either.
Best way to patch this vulnerability is to update your firmware. Please see the link below, find your computer make and install appropriate patch:
